Movie Help

PKinK movies are available to download and watch, as well as DVD purchase by post for customers on slower internet connections. Following purchase, you are free to download any of our movies to your hard drive. 

How does it work?
Firstly, select the movies you would like, and make your purchase either with cash or one of the following credit cards:

- Visa
- Visa Electron
- MasterCard
- MasterCard Electronic
- Maestro
- JCB Card
- Diners Club
- Euro 6000

Following successful payment, your movie(s) will be made available to you on your ‘My Downloads’ area of the site. You need to be logged in to access this area.

You should ALWAYS download your movie first, by saving it to the hard drive of your PC or Mac. DO NOT try to stream and watch the movie(s) directly from our server as there is a limit to the number of times you can access your purchased movie(s) from our server.

What is the quality of your movies?
Some of our movies are very high quality. Others are produced by amateurs, in their own homes - sometimes on webcam. Therefore, sometimes the quality of filming is not great - usually the action more than makes up for that fact. These movies are as close to being involved in the real thing as you are likely to get - our producers at home, with their own pets and giving you a glimpse into their real lives. Each movie on the shop will state the details of the movie and movie quality so you can make an informed decision. Please do not purchase a low-quality movie then complain that it is low-quality. You have been warned!

 What format are your DVDs?
Our DVDs are exactly the same as the downloadable movies, except written to a DVD. These are not the kind of DVDs you will purchase in the shops. Please check your DVD player to ensure that your equipment can play WMV files before you purchase our DVDs. Also, DVDs are shipped in plain packaging for your safety.

Are your Movies in DRM Format?
No, we have gotten rid of DRM for several reasons – firstly DRM is heavily prone to error which prevents many customers from enjoying our movies (including those customers using Mac who are unable to access DRM files).

Secondly, many customers do not appreciate the fact that movie purchases are too temporary. Due to popular demand we have made our movies non-DRM for your enjoyment.

How do I cancel?
You don't need to cancel, you are only charged for the movie(s) you purchase and will not be charged again unless you purchase some other movie(s).

What software do I need?
To play our movies you need a computer or DVD player that is capable of viewing WMV movies. Many DVD players these days are able to play WMV movies without issue. Please check your equipment documentation to find out if your equipment is able to do this.

Can I watch your movies on an Apple MAC?
Yes, provided your Mac can open WMV format video files. There are a number of codec packs and media players to enable you to do this, your first choice is probably Windows Media Player for Mac, with the set of codecs you can find at http://www.flip4mac.com/

Please note - there are an infinite number of settings that you may have on your PC or Mac which may affect the satisfactory operation of viewing our movies (or any other movies for that matter). We cannot anticipate every piece of software and configuration you have on your equipment. 

I've opened my movie but only a few minutes play - what's going on?
Check the size of the movie file you have on your hard drive against the size of the movie listed on the movie page you downloaded from. If there is a difference in size, chances are that you have not downloaded the entire movie file. This is typically because your ISP terminated your connection momentarily, cutting off your download midway. You will need to download the movie file again.

I have my own movies - can I sell them to you?

Who do I contact if I have problems or questions?
Please ensure you have read all of the above before contacting us - it is often something very simple that causes problems (such as partial file download or a missing codec).
