
Refunds & Chargebacks
Information regarding the nature of our products, with frank description and screenshots are provided with each product listed in good faith. If you are in any doubt as to the nature of the product listed, or whether you are likely to be satisfied with the product as described, please refrain from purchasing.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from PKinK.com, please contact us at support@pkink.com in the first instance. We will do our best to remedy the situation, providing a full refund where appropriate.
Customers simply charging back on purchases from this website without contacting us in the first instance will be considered to be fraudulent customers. Details will be added to a database, which will prevent any further purchase of products from our site and any partner site.
In addition to the above, we will raise an invoice for the amount of payment outstanding, and send it by post to the address given at the time of ordering. Payment can be made by cash or wire transfer.
If payment is not received within 2 weeks, we will raise a second invoice detailing the nature of products purchased. Again, payment of this invoice can be made by cash or wire transfer.
If payment is not received within a further 2 weeks, we will raise a third invoice containing full transaction details, details and images of the product purchased, and web logs detailing times and dates of accessing and downloading products and material. Invoices of this nature containing explicit information will be submitted to you until payment of the outstanding amount is recieved.
